Near Field Communication

NFC Enabled for Emergency Patient Data
Near Field Communication (NFC) is a means of sending emergency medical data from the RadCard™ to a smart-phone or NFC reader just by holding them together for a moment.

Emergency services can quickly scan a patient’s RadCard™ to obtain ‘medic alert’, critical information.

The iDataMap Proximity Scanner provides contactless delivery of the unencrypted emergency health information data from NFC enabled RadCard™ products to PCs. The system is fully compatible with ISO/IEC14443.
